Objective

To inspect and evaluate the compacted roadbed, with a detection depth of less than 10m;

 

Project Characteristics

The geological strata in the work area are mainly composed of sand and gravel, with slow transverse wave velocity, requiring relatively high frequency to achieve the survey objectives and accuracy requirements;

 

Method

Active source transient surface wave, channel spacing of 0.5m, 11 channels for reception;

 

Equipment

Ant-1C 5Hz 30 units, TB recorder, hammer source;

 

Performance

The shallowest exploration depth reaches 0.5 meters;

Conclusion: From the transverse wave velocity profile, it can be seen that the velocities at measuring points 5, 9, 35, and 36 are relatively low, and the compaction effect is not ideal. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen compaction.
